We wanted to make building upper body muscle and strength with gymnastic rings as easy and interesting as possible. That’s why we made this program. All you need is a pair of gymnastic rings and around 1 hour per session, 3 times a week.
Behind The Program
Our coach is a fitness professional with 8 years of experience. He helped thousands of people get in shape and this is one of the most effective muscle and strength building programs that I’ve come up with. It requires basically nothing – just a pair of gymnastic rings, 3 days a week!

This program is anyone who wants to gain crazy upper body strength and muscles. You can do it at the park, home or a gym. All it takes is around 1 hour per day, 3 times per week.
